The exact moment everything changed

It was on a trip to the heart of Andalusia. There we tasted an early harvest extra virgin olive oil that redefined everything we thought we knew. It was fresh, green, vibrant, with an elegant peppery note that told the story of the fruit it came from. In that moment, we knew this experience couldn't remain just a memory: we had to share it.
