SHIPPING POLICY
At Boff Concepts SL, we prepare and ship orders placed through our online store boffoliveoil.com.
1. Shipping areas
We currently ship to:
- Mainland Spain
- United States
The available shipping areas and shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
2. Processing times
Orders are normally prepared within [24/48/72 business hours] from payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and will depend on the destination, shipping method and order value.
If free shipping is offered, it will be applied automatically when the conditions indicated on the website are met.
5. Order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, provided that the carrier offers this option.
6. Incorrect delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an error in the address provided by the customer, additional reshipping costs may apply.
7. Customs, taxes and duties
For shipments outside the European Union, the order may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees or other charges applicable in the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these amounts will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Shipping issues
If the order arrives damaged, incomplete or is not received within the estimated delivery time, the customer must contact us at info@boffoliveoil.com, indicating the order number and a description of the issue.
We will review the case with the carrier and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.
